Jenny Judge holds an M.F.A in sculpture and uses multiple materials in her Installation work and object making. Primarily a kiln-cast glass artist she ventures into a variety of media and techniques including ceramics, fibre, 3D printing and computer manipulations. Her current work focuses on the concept of ‘Location’, both in the geographic sense and the personal. You will often see her out in the Whistler environment photographing rock faces and capturing areas of interest that will be re-worked into her objects in the studio.
“I am creating a series of objects that relate to the documentation and re/interpretation of locations discovered through the acts of walking, noticing, capturing, GPS locating, and personal interpretation”
